Kyle T. Marks
Manager
Kyle has more than 40 years of experience in the acquisition, management, and administration of oil and gas investments. Throughout his career, he has participated in and directed more than 250 investment transactions, developing extensive expertise in the acquisition, operation, and long-term stewardship of energy assets.
As a professional petroleum landman, Kyle has successfully evaluated, negotiated, and prepared oil and gas leases, rights-of-way, surface use agreements, and conveyance documents involving mineral, royalty, and working interests. His experience spans the full lifecycle of energy asset management, from acquisition and due diligence to ongoing administration and operational oversight.
Dana D. Colley
Accounting Manager
Dana joined KTM Management in 2019 and brings more than 30 years of experience in business accounting and operations. Her expertise in volumetric accounting, financial accounting, and administrative management plays an integral role in delivering the accurate, timely, and transparent services our clients depend on.
Leveraging her extensive accounting experience, technical proficiency, and exceptional organizational skills, Dana oversees KTM Management's volumetric accounting, financial reporting, revenue distribution, and accounting operations, helping ensure the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
E. Thomas Marks
Engineering & Special Projects
Thomas joined KTM Management in 2017 and serves an integral role in the firm's volumetric accounting practice. He is responsible for performing and verifying complex volumetric calculations that support the accurate accounting of crude oil movements, inventories, and storage for pipeline and terminal operations. His technical expertise helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data our clients rely upon for operational and financial decision-making.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His engineering background, analytical expertise, and attention to detail enable KTM Management to provide the precise volumetric accounting, reporting, and technical support that have become the foundation of our specialized management services.
Tiffany L. Pigéon
Project Manager
Tiffany joined KTM Management in 2020 and oversees special projects and client onboarding. She works closely with new clients to ensure a seamless transition, coordinating the implementation of KTM Management's financial reporting, volumetric accounting, working interest management, and mineral management services.
With extensive experience in project management and exceptional organizational skills, Tiffany coordinates complex initiatives, streamlines implementation processes, and serves as a key point of contact throughout the onboarding process. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to client service help ensure that every engagement is executed efficiently and that clients receive the high level of professionalism and personalized support that defines KTM Management.
